Overview
As an experienced litigator and registered patent attorney, Chris focuses his practice on complex matters involving the protection and enforcement of intellectual property across a range of industries. His approach emphasizes careful preparation, efficiency and a clear focus on practical results. His experience includes litigating more than 100 patent cases throughout the country. Leveraging his background in computer science, he works closely with scientists, engineers and business leaders to address technical and legal challenges from prelitigation strategy through trial.
Chris has litigated patent matters across U.S. district courts, the International Trade Commission and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. His experience spans a wide range of technologies, including semiconductor design and fabrication, telecommunications infrastructure, standard essential wireless systems, mobile devices, video streaming platforms, database management, networking, cybersecurity, industrial manufactured products, and consumer products.
