He is skilled at crafting crucial legal documents and due diligence for matters such as asset and stock purchases, recapitalizations and private placements.
Experience
Charles' experience includes assisting on transaction teams involving a broad range of companies, including the $18 million Regulation D private placement for a real estate investment firm and $9 million sale of an engineering firm. He served as the sole associate contact on an $8.5 million asset sale of a business in the green energy sector to a multistate energy company. He also coordinated all state-level filings for a $38 million sale of a technology company.
