Overview
Caroline is an associate in Stinson's tax, trusts and estates practice, where she works with individuals, families, businesses and fiduciaries on estate planning and related matters. She assists with the drafting and execution of comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other planning documents, and supports client signing meetings and legal research tied to estate, trust and probate matters. Caroline also brings experience supporting litigation and court-facing matters, including discovery, depositions and foreclosure and garnishment proceedings.
During law school, Caroline served as a legal intern with the Jackson County Public Administrator's Office, where she attended probate court hearings, assisted with restoration of rights proceedings for wards, drafted motions and conducted legal research on issues arising in probate administration.
