Overview
Cale assists clients with corporate transactions and finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and asset purchases, private offerings and other strategic transactions. He has experience assisting middle-market companies with due diligence, agreement review, risk assessment and the preparation of diligence materials. Cale also assists with drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, corporate governance matters, organizational documents and real estate-related matters.
During law school, Cale gained practical legal experience as a legal intern with the Missouri State Public Defender's Office, where he assisted with case preparation and trial strategy.
