Overview

Ben has extensive experience representing both public and private businesses in all stages of litigation, including complex commercial disputes. Benjamin is known for his practical approach, attention to detail and ability to align litigation strategy with his clients’ business goals.

Ben’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions and fintech companies in single-plaintiff lawsuits and consumer class actions. Ben has extensive experience in resolving disputes involving the Divisions 3, 4, and 4A of the Uniform Commercial Code, Regulation E (EFTA), Regulation CC, unauthorized transactions, elder abuse, and wire fraud.

Ben is an avid golfer and is a former member of the American Junior Golf Association. He is still a passionate sports fan and enjoys rooting for his favorite teams.
