Anne Marie is committed to understanding each client's business goals in order to provide thoughtful and diligent representation.
Anne Marie has experience working with employers on a variety of labor and employment issues, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, whistleblower claims, noncompetition agreements, family leave and related policies, and NLRA-related issues. In addition to working on litigated and arbitrated disputes, Anne Marie has experience advising employers on personnel policies' best practices, including handbook drafting and review. She has also worked with a number of clients on immigration matters, including multiple asylum representations for both affirmative applicants and in removal proceedings.
Anne Marie spent a year working and developing her Spanish fluency in Madrid, Spain prior to attending law school.
