Anna blends her background in public service and law to counsel private sector and municipal clients on projects that build and sustain communities and the infrastructure that supports them.

Overview

With broad real estate transaction experience, Anna focuses her practice on economic development, public incentives, planning and zoning entitlements and municipal law.

Blending knowledge of private and government real estate projects, Anna negotiates and drafts development agreements, purchase and sale agreements, leases, options, easements and declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions. She draws on her prior experience as Assistant Attorney for the Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas to advise municipal clients on a broad range of local government issues.

Anna currently serves as City Attorney for the City of Mission Hills, Kansas and the City of Tonganoxie, Kansas and regularly provides special counsel services to other local municipalities.
