Andrew is a trusted asset to his clients, always thinking outside the box to champion intricate tax matters.

Overview

Andrew focuses his practice on sophisticated estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and families. He also helps to advise clients on family wealth preservation and transfer planning, business succession planning, estate and trust administration, and charitable planning.

Andrew creates and implements plans that transfer wealth in a manner that is tax efficient and in line with clients’ objectives, and that assist clients with business succession planning and the management and protection of their assets. He has experience utilizing sophisticated estate planning strategies and structures for these purposes. Andrew's practice also includes helping to advise clients with the formation and ongoing administration of charitable entities.

Before joining Stinson, Andrew clerked in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. He is also a retired Army officer.

Andrew is passionate about pro bono work. He is actively involved in the Deinard Legal Clinic, Stinson's medical-legal partnership, and the Federal Bar Association Pro Se Project.
