Overview
Andrew represents clients across a range of commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, including contract disputes, shareholder actions, class actions, and insurance coverage matters. He is experienced in all phases of litigation, from early case assessment through trial and appeal, and regularly drafts dispositive motions, manages discovery and prepares witnesses.
Andrew has assisted on high-stakes matters involving multi-million-dollar disputes, parallel proceedings across jurisdictions, and expedited litigation, including helping to secure favorable outcomes through summary judgment, arbitration and negotiated resolution. He also has experience in trust and estate litigation, where he has represented trustees, beneficiaries and corporate fiduciaries in contested matters and related proceedings.
