Whether resolving disputes before they escalate, in alternative dispute resolution or in litigation through trial, An combines legal acumen with high emotional intelligence to represent national banks, auto lenders and other financial institutions.  

An has developed a niche in working closely with state and federal law enforcement and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Office of Enforcement and Trade (OET) in fraudulent cross-border transactions involving auto finance. She also serves as monitoring counsel for Ford Credit and Ford Credit Canada.
