Overview
Amy has experience drafting procedure documents and reviewing and interpreting federal and state regulations affecting insurance and third party administrator clients, as well as licensing requirements for medical device manufacturing and distribution.
Amy has nine years of in-house regulatory compliance experience, including audit and exam management, drafting and reviewing policy and procedure documents, designing and standing up a consumer complaint oversight program, and directing the delivery of annual compliance trainings to more than 2,000 internal staff members. She uses this experience to inform her approach to thoughtfully address client needs with an eye for detail and deliver excellent results.
