Amandeep Kaur

Amandeep assists public and private companies, private equity firms, and strategic buyers in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Her experience includes advising clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and minority investments, across a range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, and software. Amandeep has experience managing key aspects of transaction execution, including due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and guiding transactions through signing and closing.

Amandeep also advises clients on corporate governance matters, including the preparation of board resolutions, meeting minutes, and other corporate records. She works closely with clients and deal teams to address legal and business considerations, coordinate transaction workstreams, and facilitate efficient deal execution.

During law school, Amandeep served as a judicial extern for a federal magistrate judge, where she researched legal issues, drafted legal memoranda and judicial recommendations, and attended settlement conferences. She was also heavily involved in the competitions program, placing first regionally and reaching the national finals in the ABA client counseling competition, and served as President of her school's Board of Advocates, where she oversaw the competitive moot court, mock trial and alternative dispute resolution programs.
