As an experienced trial advocate, Al guides financial institutions, businesses and fiduciaries through complex, high-stakes disputes.
Overview
Al understands that clients in litigation want results, not process for its own sake. They rely on him to advise them and press their position when conflicts escalate and the consequences are significant. That starts with understanding what success looks like for each client, whether that means pursuing claims aggressively, maximizing financial recovery, clearing a fiduciary of liability, or crafting a negotiated business solution that resolves the dispute on the client's terms.
Al's clients range from national financial institutions and corporate trustees to closely held companies and business owners in conflict over control and ownership. In every matter, he brings the perspective of a seasoned litigator and former felony prosecutor who has first-chaired more than 35 jury trials and 100 contested hearings. That courtroom experience informs how he assesses risk and how he leverages each phase of the litigation process, from discovery through dispositive motions and trial, to move the matter toward an outcome that serves the client's interests.
