Overview
Adrianna focuses on complex commercial and civil litigation, including contract disputes, construction defects, and patent, copyright, and trademark infringement claims. She also handles employment business litigation concerning wrongful termination, Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and ADEA discrimination, as well as wage and hour and misclassification disputes. Adrianna works with companies of all sizes through various stages of the litigation process in both federal and state court. She also works with clients outside of litigation to assist with protecting their intellectual property rights.
Adrianna’s broad experience gives her the ability to spot issues and bring creative solutions to the table. Her clients include major financial institutions, real estate developers, small and mid-size businesses, insurance companies, and cutting-edge technology companies.
A former appellate clerk, Adrianna brings a unique perspective to her cases that incorporates her insight into judicial decision-making and enhances her ability to advocate effectively and persuasively on behalf of her clients. Adrianna also has experience drafting articles of organization, independent contractor agreements and copyright and trademark assignment agreements.
Experience
Adrianna defeated a breach of contract action at the motion to dismiss stage and successfully recovered attorneys’ fees for her client.
She navigated construction defect claims through the Arizona Purchaser Dwelling Act pre-litigation process, limiting further liability.
She successfully argued a motion to dismiss in the Arizona District Court as pro-bono counsel in a civil rights case.
Adrianna has drafted copyright and trademark assignment agreements to protect her clients’ intellectual property.
