Overview

In the financial services space, Adam defends clients against claims involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, credit reporting violations, wrongful repossession and foreclosure, refusal of reinstatement, breach of warranty and rescission, lien and title disputes, and leasing act violations. He also has experience defending clients in complex class actions, including those involving unfair business practices under California Business & Professions Code Section 17200.

Adam’s insurance defense work includes the representation of businesses and individuals—particularly in the sports, entertainment and real estate industries—in claims involving premises liability, product liability and property damage. He also represents architects, engineers, and real estate professionals in professional liability and E&O matters.

His construction litigation practice involves the defense of developers, contractors, and design professionals in defect and delay claims across a wide range of projects, from residential properties to large-scale commercial developments.

Adam also handles a variety of general business litigation matters, with a focus on cost-effective strategies that advance client goals while minimizing business disruption.
