Abi is an employment attorney and certified mediator with experience in immigration matters and class action litigation. She brings a pragmatic, people-focused approach to her practice, combining strategic legal analysis with the ability to navigate the human dynamics that often drive conflict.
Abi has experience representing employers in a broad range of employment matters and advocating for businesses in class actions. She also brings a cross-disciplinary perspective shaped by her work in immigration law and her prior representation of individuals and businesses in immigration matters across the country. Her background in both public and private sector litigation allows her to navigate a wide range of legal and compliance issues with nuance and agility.
Abi has successfully defended clients in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration, and is known for her ability to distill complex issues and guide clients through high-risk matters with clarity and precision.
She earned her LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution from USC and is a certified mediator with experience resolving employment and commercial disputes. Her training and hands-on experience in mediation make her particularly skilled at identifying early resolution strategies that reduce risk and cost for clients.
