Abby Goldstein

Abby focuses her practice on complex litigation matters, drawing on extensive judicial clerkship experience to provide thoughtful and practical solutions for clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Abby served as an assistant law clerk at the New York State Supreme Court, where she drafted summary judgement decisions, conducted attorney conferences, and managed discovery disputes across a wide range of legal areas, including employment discrimination, contract disputes, negligence, and defamation. She has also served as a judicial intern for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
