"We selected Harvey because it's a tool built specifically for legal and other professional services, and it's been adopted by some of our firm's key clients," said Managing Partner Allison Murdock in an interview with the Kansas City Business Journal. "It's very good at dealing with large volumes of data. It can help us with contract analysis, due diligence and summarizing large volumes of testimony or deposition. It can create efficiency and improve productivity. It will enhance the value that our clients receive."

Murdock emphasized that the firm's adoption of AI is rooted in its long-term commitment to client service. "Improving client service is at the heart of our commitment to AI," she said in an interview with Minnesota Lawyer, noting that the goal is to deliver greater value and excellence in how the firm serves its clients.

She also underscored Stinson's commitment to responsible AI adoption. Attorneys receive extensive training before using the platform, maintain control over inputs and outputs, and review all work product using their professional judgment. "Our professional judgment is our stock-and-trade, always has been and always will continue to be, no matter what tools we are using in our profession," Murdock said.
