Stinson Welcomes Fangyu (Fiona) Ye as Of Counsel Attorney, Continues to Grow DC Headcount

Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome corporate and securities law attorney Fangyu (Fiona) Ye to the firm's Washington, DC, office. Ye is Stinson's fourth lateral hire to join the firm's DC office since the start of the year.

Ye has experience representing domestic and international business entities in securities, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and general corporate matters. She also has experience representing EB-5 Immigrant Investor Regional Centers in private placements and preparation of templates for EB-5 related petitions with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Ye has law degrees earned in her native country of China and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. While practicing law overseas, Ye's practice focused on cross-border transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, and private financing and public offerings. She also counseled clients on matters involving contracts, commercial disputes and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Stinson, Ye spent five years as an associate attorney at Bailey Glasser LLP.
