Stinson LLP served as legal counsel to Stearns Financial Services, Inc. and its subsidiary, Stearns Bank Upsala National Association (SBU), in the sale of SBU to Battle Financial, Inc. The transaction, completed on October 10, 2025, represents a significant milestone for SBU as it transitions into Battle Bank, N.A., a modern, fully digital national bank.
