Stinson Partners Recognized as Leading Bankruptcy and Restructuring Attorneys

Partners Darrell Clark, Adine S. Momoh and Thomas J. Salerno were named to the 2022 Lawdragon 500 Leading Bankruptcy and Restructuring Lawyers guide. The list recognizes attorneys who excel in the area of financing, structuring, litigating, and creating pathways for companies undergoing bankruptcies and restructurings throughout the pandemic.

Clark is a seasoned practitioner with experience in business reorganization and highly regulated industries such as telecommunications, oil and gas and health care law. Clark assists debtors, creditors, lenders, borrowers and financial trustees, and regularly represents banks and Fortune 100 companies as creditors in Chapter 11 cases across the country.

Momoh defends complex business and commercial litigation matters for securities, banking, estates and trust clients, and resolves creditors' rights and bankruptcy cases in state and federal courts nationwide. Momoh co-chairs the firm’s Estates and Trusts Litigation Group, where she leverages her experience in estates and trusts litigation and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights to provide sophisticated advice and advocacy when disputes arise involving wealth management, wealth transfer and tax strategy. She also handles complex business and regulatory disputes and investigations for Fortune 500 companies and emerging entrepreneurs.  In January 2022, Momoh was appointed to serve on the Bankruptcy Practice Committee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of Minnesota. 

Salerno helps private and publicly-traded companies in a broad range of industries continue operations as they negotiate restructuring plans. He has advised lenders, distressed companies, committees and asset acquirers in bankruptcies and out-of-court settlements. Salerno works with a global roster of clients from an array of industries, including casinos, hotels, real estate, sports, tech, power generation, agribusiness, construction, health care, manufacturing, airlines and franchising.
