Stinson Expands Health Care & Insurance Presence in St. Louis with Addition of Partner Sanja Ord

Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome Sanja Ord as a partner in the firm's Health Care & Insurance Practice Division. Based in St. Louis, Ord brings broad experience advising health care providers and organizations on the regulatory, transactional and operational issues that shape their businesses and patient care. Her addition expands Stinson's health care capabilities in St. Louis and strengthens the firm's ability to serve health care clients throughout Missouri and the region.

Ord counsels hospitals, health systems, physician practices and other health care organizations on a wide range of matters involving compliance, transactions and day-to-day operations. Her practice includes physician and hospital arrangements, health care transactions, reimbursement, medical staff matters and operational disputes, giving her a broad view of the legal issues providers encounter as they operate and grow.

"Her deep, multi-faceted experience allows her to support health care providers across a full scope of regulatory, operational, and business issues. She is a valuable addition to our practice."

Ord's experience also includes representing providers in Medicare and Medicaid overpayment matters and licensing proceedings, advising hospitals and health systems on medical staff and credentialing issues, and assisting clients with health care acquisitions, dispositions and other transactions. She also represents private equity lenders in health care transactions.

Ord earned her J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Missouri, Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
