Stinson Adds New Partner in NYC, Expands Office Space and Reach of Real Estate and Finance Services

Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome real estate and finance Partner Criston E. Cicala to the firm. He joins Stinson's New York office, which recently relocated to a larger space to accommodate the firm's growth. Prior to joining Stinson, Cicala served as the New York office managing partner of a boutique law firm.

With over two decades of experience in the legal profession, Cicala's multifaceted practice is focused on providing corporations, financial institutions and investment funds, real estate developers, media companies and entrepreneurs with practical and strategic legal advice and counsel.

Cicala regularly handles matters involving real estate finance, capital markets, trade and structured finance, private equity, banking, mergers and acquisitions, and securities issuance and regulation. He has extensive experience with cross-border matters, involving Latin American and European interests, and has represented many of the largest financial institutions and corporations in Latin America and Europe in their U.S. dealings. Cicala is also a former principal investor and advisor in both private equity and real estate matters, providing him the unique perspective of having played a lead role in both the acquisitions and dispositions of assets, as well as having been involved in the day-to-day management of both real estate and corporate ventures.
