Partner Elizabeth Chatham detailed new COVID-19 vaccination requirements for applicants applying for lawful permanent residence or refugee status in a recent Practice Alert Article for the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). The article also details exceptions to the rule which goes into effect October 1, 2021.

Chatham is a partner in the firm's Phoenix office. She advises Fortune 500 and 100 companies, fast-growth organizations, entrepreneurs, educational institutions, nonprofits and individuals on temporary and permanent U.S. immigration options, consular processing, naturalization and immigration compliance. She also conducts audits and trainings for corporate human resources personnel.

The AILA is the national association of more than 15,000 attorneys and law professors who practice and teach immigration law.
