Burton leads the firm's Human Resources Management services, working as a strategic partner alongside firm leadership to identify needs and set goals for fostering the growth and advancement of the firm's employees and to deliver exceptional client service that aligns with the firm's business objectives. She also works to institute best practices and training for attorneys and staff, including tailored programs to increase efficiency, strengthen employees' skillsets, improve leadership capabilities and contribute to the overall health of the firm.
