Amy Conway Featured as Notable Partner in Law by Twin Cities Business Journal

Partner Amy Conway was selected by Twin Cities Business as a 2022 Notable Partner in Law. Conway is one of only 20 attorneys recognized for their leadership within their firms and in the broader field for their legal work, pro bono efforts and community involvement. The publication notes Conway's work as chair of Stinson’s Minneapolis Recruiting Committee where she was instrumental in increasing the hiring of diverse candidates. It also notes her work in developing anti-harassment training programs for her clients to ensure that they are informed and enabled to make positive changes in company culture during the rising focus on racial justice issues and the #MeToo movement.

Conway is a labor and employment in the firm's Minneapolis office. Clients turn to her for employment best practices and to manage risks inherent to navigating all facets of the employment relationship. She advises businesses of all sizes on employment law issues. She has received the Minnesota State Bar Association’s North Star Lawyer recognition for volunteering 50-plus hours on pro bono projects every year of her practice. After leading the firm's Minneapolis Recruiting Committee for four years, Amy now serves as co-chair of the firm's Pro Bono Committee.
