IFB Holdings, Inc., a registered bank holding company and the sole shareholder of Investors Community Bank, Chillicothe, MO, recently entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Grey Mountain Holdings, Inc. The transaction is subject to shareholder and regulatory approval, and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2021. The Chillicothe Constitution Tribune published an article about the acquisition.
