Stinson LLP is proud to announce that the firm has once again been recognized as one of the highest performing law firms for female partners in Law360's annual Glass Ceiling Report. The report ranks the top 40 firms of similar size on the percentage of female attorneys and equity partners.

This year's Glass Ceiling Report, based on data collected through December 31, 2019, shows that Stinson has 31% of female attorneys, and 24% of female equity partners. Additionally, the report shows that 35% of Stinson's executive committee are women and 47% of non-partner attorneys are women.

"We are proud of our efforts to attract, retain and promote women attorneys across the firm," said Ann Jenrette-Thomas, Stinson's chief diversity and inclusion officer. "We continuously strive to create a workplace where women can thrive and achieve great success in their practices through mentoring and sponsorship, creating support systems and programs to connect women attorneys, and offering flexible schedules and extended gender neutral parental leave."

Diversity and inclusion is one of Stinson's core values. The firm has been recognized numerous times for promoting women into leadership roles, as well as furthering LGBTQ equality and implementing successful diversity strategies firmwide. Most recently, Stinson was recognized by the Women in Law Empowerment Forum as a 2020 Gold Standard Firm. Stinson was also named as one of the best law firms for women by Working Mother, and received top marks in the Human Rights Campaign's 2020 Corporate Equality Index. The firm also achieved Mansfield Certification Plus status for 2020, indicating at least 30% diverse lawyer representation in a notable number of current leadership roles and committees.
