Renowned Labor and Employment Attorney Joins Stinson in Washington, DC
Labor and employment attorney Joseph E. Santucci, Jr. has joined Stinson LLP as a partner in Washington, DC. Santucci brings extensive experience in collective bargaining, contract administration, litigation and arbitration across many industry sectors.
In his practice, Santucci has handled industrywide, multi-employer, multi-location collective bargaining negotiations as well as matters before the National Labor Relations Board and in federal courts. He serves clients in a wide variety of industries, including energy, transportation, defense, food service, shipping, technology, manufacturing and government contracting.

For the past 30 years, Joe represented numerous management clients in a variety of industries at a large, international law firm and most recently at a labor and employment boutique. He also served as a consultant to one of the world's leading professional services firms. Early in his career, Joe served as associate general counsel for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters in Washington, DC. He also gained extensive knowledge of the NLRB and the National Labor Relations Act as an advisor to the National Labor Relations Board. Joe has served as an adjunct professor of law at the Georgetown University Law Center, where he taught Labor Law.
