Elsa Manzanares Featured in HNBA's E-Noticias

International trade Partner Elsa Manzanares was recently featured in the Hispanic National Bar Association’s (HNBA) Familia Focus section in their newest issue of E-Noticias, where she shared insights about her practice, background in law, work on Stinson’s Coronavirus Task Force as the international trade authority, and the importance of her HNBA network.

“Today, some of my closest friends are HNBA members,” Elsa said. “Because I’ve learned so much along my journey, it’s very important for me to connect with law students and younger attorneys and HNBA provides consistent opportunities for mentorship.”

Elsa advises on U.S. and international regulations of imports and exports, including goods, services, software and technology. She has experience representing clients facing investigations by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of State under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation. Elsa also serves as co-chair of the HNBA’s Compliance and Ethics Section.
