Charley Jensen, Jay Simpson Named to Top 30 POWER List for Tax Attorneys by Missouri Lawyers Weekly

Stinson LLP is pleased to announce that Missouri Lawyers Weekly recently named Partners Charley Jensen and Jay Simpson to its "POWER LIST" for tax attorneys. The honor recognizes 30 of Missouri's most powerful tax attorneys who have made a significant impact on the industry. 

Jensen's assists clients in local, state and federal taxation, business planning and estate planning. He has represented clients in civil tax controversies as well as in criminal investigations. Further describing Jensen's practice, Missouri Lawyers Weekly stated "Whether helping nonprofit organizations obtain tax-exempt status or clients facing tax investigations, Charles F. Missouri Lawyers Weekly wrote that Simpson's experience is "as varied as it is deep." His practice focuses on tax matters as well as client transactional issues like acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations and restructurings. He also leverages his strong knowledge of state income, sales and property tax law to represent clients in tax disputes with state and local taxing authorities.
