BTI Consulting Names Stinson to Client Service A-Team 2023 List

Stinson LLP is pleased to announce that it has been named to the BTI Client Service 100, an annual report by the BTI Consulting Group that surveys law firm client service performance.

"Client service is certainly the biggest differentiator among law firms despite any uncertainty in the world. It drives more referrals and inbound leads than any other source," BTI Consulting Group President Michael Rynoweecer said. "The firms included in The BTI Client Service A-Team perform better than 70% of all law firms."

The BTI Client Service 100 is part of the BTI Client Service A-Team 2023. The report draws on data collected in BTI's ongoing annual survey of general counsel and other high-ranking legal decision makers from large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue. The data provides an accurate analysis of longitudinal trends while simultaneously allowing for insights into new, changing and expected shifts in the legal market.
