This presentation is the first in our webinar series and sets the stage for navigating investigation-related challenges in today’s enforcement climate. With an increase in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids across the country, many employers are taking a step back to consider their plans for handling a variety of investigation-related scenarios.

This presentation will begin with an overview of inspections, and compare the approaches to handling civil inspections, criminal investigations and ICE raids. Our multi-disciplinary team will discuss what to do when officials arrive at worksites and provide best practices to assist in preparing for or responding to multiple types of investigation processes. Finally, we will walk through recent scenarios to illustrate the impact of incorporating best practices (or the results when this is not done).
