We are excited to share our diversity and inclusion podcast series. The series features a group of talented Stinson attorneys discussing topics like how the firm recruits associates, why communication and networking skills are so important for job seekers and the importance of diversity at Stinson and across the legal industry.

The host and creator of the 5-part podcast series is Stinson's Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Ann Jenrette-Thomas.

Ann guides the firm's diversity and inclusion initiatives and institutes best practices and training for attorneys and staff. Ann works with firm leadership, the board of directors and the diversity committee to grow a culture that values all backgrounds and perspectives and to incorporate successful diversity strategies in the firm's strategic planning.
