Bill's experience working at one of the nation's largest banks allows him to understand financial institutions and their unique needs.


Bill helps banks and financial institutions better serve their communities by providing guidance on finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance.

Bill's unique business experiences and entrepreneurial background allow him to understand the impact of the law on his client’s bottom line. He also leverages in-house perspectives gained during his tenure as senior corporate counsel at U.S. Bank to guide financial institutions nationwide.

During law school, Bill clerked for Ramsey County District Judge Paulette Kane Flynn and was a research assistant for Provost E. Thomas Sullivan and Professor John H. Matheson at the University of Minnesota Law School.
