Overview
Having worked for commercial real estate developers during his undergraduate and law school studies, Zack brings unique experience and a business-focused perspective to the full life cycle of a commercial real estate transaction. His practice focuses on assisting individuals and businesses with the purchase, sale, leasing, and development of commercial and residential real estate, including the resolution of land use, zoning and environmental issues.
Employing practical and efficient techniques, Zack assists clients with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, easements, and all other documents pertaining to owning, acquiring, developing, and selling commercial property. He also has experience helping developers navigate the permitting process with local regulatory agencies, including watershed districts, historical societies, and zoning committees.
