Overview
Will focuses his practice on general and complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on real estate. He represents clients in all stages of litigation, from the early phases of case assessment and discovery, through the dispute’s final resolution. Will’s strategic approach allows him to efficiently meet client goals.
Prior to entering private practice, Will served as counsel and assistant vice president for the country’s largest title insurance company where he managed litigation involving title, escrow and related real estate issues.
Experience
Represented the country’s largest manufacturer of bakery products in a dispute with distribution drivers, resulting in a favorable settlement and avoiding multiple trials.
Advised and represented a large charity in enforcing an option to purchase real estate, resulting in the charity acquiring the real estate and avoiding in-depth litigation.
Represented (first chair) the country’s largest title insurance company in an appeal relating to whether notice to an insurer can be late as a matter of law, resulting in a 3-0 win and creating favorable law for the client.
