Touch strives to provide her clients with peace of mind by formulating individualized plans to achieve their estate planning goals.

Overview

Touch brings a personalized approach to representing individuals and families at different life stages. Her practice primarily includes estate planning, estate and gift taxation, and estate and trust administration. She also has substantial experience helping clients establish guardianships and conservatorships.

Before joining the firm, Touch was a judicial law clerk for Referee Borer, Probate/Mental Health Court, Minnesota Fourth Judicial District Court. She was responsible for managing a high volume of cases, including the probate of wills, appointment of personal representatives, establishing guardianships and conservatorships, seeking court approval of estate and trust administrations, and contested matters.

Touch also wrote the script for the guardianship/conservatorship educational video, which is required prior to final appointment as a guardian or conservator in Minnesota.

She is fluent in Cambodian (Khmer).
