Tim focuses his practice on assisting public and private companies with raising and deploying capital, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and other strategic transactions.

Whether as a part of raising initial capital, negotiating ownership structures, or completing multimillion dollar M&A transactions, Tim’s clients appreciate that their attorney has firsthand experience assisting with a wide variety of complex matters. He has also spent time on the inside of several startup businesses – at both local and nationwide levels – witnessing the strategic choices that define an enterprise’s ability to grow and thrive. Tim’s clients span a variety of industries, but he has particular experience in matters related to corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions & divestitures, venture capital investments and real estate development and finance. He has assisted these clients with due diligence investigations, auction processes and NDA negotiations, private equity add-on acquisitions, fund formation matters, private placement memoranda, joint venture structuring and periodic and ad-hoc securities filings.
