Tim focuses his practice on assisting public and private companies with raising and deploying capital, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and other strategic transactions.

Whether as a part of raising initial capital, negotiating ownership structures, or completing multimillion dollar M&A transactions, Tim’s clients appreciate that their attorney has firsthand experience assisting with a wide variety of complex matters. He has also spent time on the inside of several startup businesses – at both local and nationwide levels – witnessing the strategic choices that define an enterprise’s ability to grow and thrive. Tim’s clients span a variety of industries, but he has particular experience in matters related to corporate finance, real estate development and finance, business partnerships, and technology development. He has assisted these clients with private placement memorandums, purchase and sale transactions, intellectual property licensing, intrastate crowdfunding raises, general contractual matters, and company organization activities.
