Stacey has a unique understanding and perspective of traditional labor and employment laws, which allows her to effectively guide clients toward their business goals while maintaining desired employee relations.

Overview

Stacey focuses her practice on traditional labor law matters, including collective bargaining, contract administration, and representing clients in grievance arbitrations and administrative proceedings. A former National Labor Relations Board attorney, Stacey uses this experience to provide clients with vital insight as she counsels them on labor issues while simultaneously working to achieve their business and employee relations goals.

Stacey holds in-depth knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act, the Equal Employment Opportunity process, the unionized workplace and other related labor and employee relations matters. She has extensive experience advising clients on day-to-day labor matters, including contract interpretation and grievance handlings, negotiating agreements with employers and labor organizations, litigating unfair labor practices and other traditional labor law matters. Stacey is also well-versed on matters regarding Title VII, ADEA, ADA, EPA, GINA, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Additionally, Stacey has experience handling claims in state and federal courts.

Stacey's labor relations practice spans a variety of industries, including public and private higher education entities, local and national corporations and nonprofits, government entities and privately-held businesses.
