Shiveta leverages her advanced degree in bioethics to assist clients in the health care field. She is driven to find creative solutions for complex regulatory issues, including compliance, reimbursement and transactional matters.

Overview

Her prior business experience in health care provides her with additional strategic insight to assist a wide variety of health care clients, including life sciences companies, managed care organizations, hospitals and providers, and pharmaceutical and medical device companies.

During law school, Shiveta gained invaluable experience as an intern at Mayo Clinic and with the American Civil Liberties Union of Minnesota. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a marketing coordinator and business development associate for a private medical practice.
