Olivia's clients appreciate her collaborative and forward-thinking approach to tax credit transactional matters.
Olivia assists clients with drafting and reviewing documents including conducting due diligence for historic rehabilitation (HTC), new markets tax credit transactions (NMTC), and ground lease transactions. Her clients include investors, community development entities, and developers. Committed to her clients' success, Olivia coordinates with third parties, including title companies, architects and consultants to resolve issues with diligence.
Additionally, Olivia has assisted on deals in Missouri, Nebraska, Louisiana, Florida, Massachusetts and Colorado including projects involving multi-family residential, hotels, public storage and other commercial projects.
During law school, Olivia was a summer associate with Stinson and worked exclusively with the tax credit and incentive finance group, assisting with various tax credit deals. Olivia also brings experience from a summer legal externship with U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation where she worked closely with general counsel on various transactional matters.
