Nolan leverages an understanding of corporate finance and business transactions to assist clients with entity formation, public and private financing, and mergers and acquisitions.


Clients value Nolan's direct government and regulatory experience as a prior corporate attorney for the U.S. Small Business Administration, law clerk for the Minnesota House of Representatives, and judicial extern for two justices in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. Nolan shares his deep knowledge of corporate healthcare transactions as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota Law School as well as with start-up companies and nonprofits at community pro bono clinics. He is also proficient in reading, writing and speaking Spanish.
