Nick has represented clients in trials, arbitrations and mediations, including representation in every aspect of complex civil litigation matters across the Midwest.

Nick defended a developer against payment and delay claims relating to the construction of a hotel.

Nick represented a general contractor against multi-million dollar breach of contract and delay claims raised by a municipality.

He represented a commercial developer in summary judgment proceedings against an architect, general contractor and subcontractors relating to alleged building defects.

He represented a residential builder in multiple mediation and arbitration proceedings relating to alleged defects in construction.

He defended a payment services company against claims from a software company in a licensing dispute.
