Assisted bedding manufacturer with $1.4 billion acquisition in order to strategically expand product line into foam products.

Served on legal team that advised a supplier of rigid packaging products with sales approaching $1 billion during $100 million strategic acquisition.

Worked with aerospace client on acquisition of overseas coolant and engine tubing manufacturer.
