Monique brings broad practice experience and a unique perspective gained from federal clerkships to her business litigation practice.

Monique has experience handling single plaintiff, multi-party and class action litigation. She has represented clients in cases involving a wide range of claims, including alleged business torts, contract disputes, trademark litigation, trade secret misappropriation claims and putative class actions involving alleged violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Monique served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Kathryn H. Vratil and the Honorable Carlos Murguia, both on the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas. Following her district court clerkships, Monique clerked for the Honorable Nancy L. Moritz on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Between practice and clerking, Monique has experience with all stages of litigation—from case assessment and dispute resolution through discovery, dispositive briefing, trial and appeals.
