Lorna is dedicated to providing clients of all sizes with comprehensive legal counsel in matters related to commercial real estate and creditors' rights. She is a go-to counselor for businesses, developers, special servicers and others in the real estate industry.

Clients value Lorna's experience in the acquisition, financing and disposition of commercial real estate. She often represents secured lenders and special servicers on workouts and restructurings, foreclosures, lending liability defense, compliance, corporate governance and guaranty claims. A skilled litigator, Lorna has helped many clients through construction and real estate litigation, all while keeping their business goals top of mind.

Experience

Lorna has advised numerous loan servicers in the foreclosure, loan workout, receivership, appointment and disposition of commercial loans, including those for multifamily, resort, industrial, office, retail and mixed-use properties.

Lorna represented a lender in the foreclosure of a $212 million loan, which included foreclosing on the lender's portfolio of seven retail properties throughout the Phoenix metro area.

She has extensive experience assisting clients with commercial loans, including representing a bank in the origination of a $210 million construction loan for a luxury hotel in Paradise Valley, AZ.

Lorna has represented banks in the origination of more than $100 million in construction loans for commercial space throughout Arizona.
