Dedicated to producing legal solutions for her clients, Lauren assists banks and financial institutions with commercial lending, regulatory and compliance matters.

Overview

Lauren focuses on creating a practical and streamlined approach to assist banks with construction lending, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), assisted living, and hotel financing and construction projects.

Her lending experience also includes assisting non-bank lenders when navigating state tax credit programs for rural job growth in Georgia, Connecticut, Mississippi and Ohio.

Lauren has successfully represented clients in a variety of redevelopment projects both in the Twin Cities and throughout the United States.

She also helps represent a national loan placement agent in documenting and closing participated loans secured by multiple product types, including senior living facilities, hotel projects, casino gaming equipment, and others.

Lauren gives back to the community through her pro bono work helping children in the foster care system navigate the adoption process through Children's Law Center. In addition, Lauren reviews case files for the Midwest Innocence Project, an organization dedicated to the exoneration of the wrongfully convicted.
