Lauren has a wide variety of experience in antitrust and class action matters, including government merger and non-merger investigations and civil antitrust litigation.

Experienced in all phases of eDiscovery, Lauren helps strategize and facilitate electronic discovery workflows.

Lauren is committed to pro bono work and was one of the recipients of the firm’s 2019 Pro Bono Impact Award for her contributions on a team representing a survivor of human trafficking.

Experience

Serves as lead associate in Federal Trade Commission (FTC) second request investigation of a proposed merger.

Serves as lead associate for defendant in a lawsuit filed by the Department of Justice (DOJ) to block a proposed merger.

Assists in representation of defendant in a collection of class action and individual antitrust lawsuits in the Northern District of Illinois alleging that chicken producers conspired to reduce the supply of chicken in an effort to drive up prices.

Assists in representation of defendant in a collection of class action and individual antitrust lawsuits against pork producers. In this multidistrict proceeding consolidated in the District of Minnesota, the plaintiffs allege that pork producers conspired to reduce the supply and raise the price of pork products.

Assists in representation of defendant in a class action lawsuit in the District of Maryland alleging that chicken producers conspired to fix wages.
