Kacie assists clients in navigating and resolving disputes at all stages of litigation.

Overview

Kacie represents clients in a broad spectrum of complex business and commercial disputes, including financial services litigation, products liability, employment and trade secrets disputes, and real estate litigation.  Kacie’s practice also includes representing financial institutions, trustees, and other secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcies and complex litigation.

Committed to the firm’s pro bono mission, Kacie also represents clients in family law, guardianship, and criminal expungement matters through the Deinard Legal Clinic.

Prior to joining the firm, Kacie served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Edward J. Cleary, Chief Judge of the Minnesota Court of Appeals, and gained valuable insight into the appellate process.
